A premium virtual studio track built to support high schoolers facing future anxiety, academic pressure, and life transitions. Facilitated by a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, this cohort focuses on somatic grounding, emotional clarity, and establishing independent self-care rituals through physical art-making.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE:
This cohort is designed for high school juniors, seniors, and recent graduates aged 16–18 who are facing impending life changes and academic stress. It appeals to mature individuals seeking a sophisticated, therapeutic outlet to clear cognitive fatigue.
COURSE FORMAT:
The Transition Track operates as a high-level creative seminar. Facilitated live by a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, each session includes deep thematic exploration, fine-art execution using gallery-grade materials, and peer-to-peer dialogue focused on autonomy and transition.
WHY TAKE THIS COURSE:
Entering adulthood can feel overwhelming. This track provides older teens with the emotional scaffolding and somatic tools required to manage anxiety independently, entering their next chapter with clarity, confidence, and a dedicated mental wellness practice.
