WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE:

This track is specifically built for young teens aged 13–15 looking for a confidential, non-judgmental space to process the intense dynamics of the middle school years. It is ideal for teens looking to replace screen fatigue with authentic, tactile creation.

COURSE FORMAT:

The Alignment Track offers a mature, high-stature studio environment. Sessions combine focused, therapist-led thematic discussions, dedicated art-making time with premium materials, and reflective group processing that honors each participant's individual pace.

WHY TAKE THIS COURSE:

Middle schoolers face a constant influx of digital noise and social expectations. This cohort provides a vital sanctuary to slow down, build robust emotional coping mechanisms, and establish a deeper sense of self-trust that extends far beyond the studio.
