ANNIE DURANOWSKI - LICENSED THERAPIST & ART THERAPY SPECIALIST
Building resilience begins by meeting people exactly where they are. With a Master of Arts in Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University, my clinical career is built on guiding individuals through some of life's most intense emotional challenges. Having spent years supervising clinical teams and developing specialized programs for first-episode psychosis, I understand how overwhelming complex mental health shifts, trauma, and identity transitions can feel.
I use process-oriented creative art therapy to help young adults step outside traditional talk therapy and externalize what words alone cannot capture. By combining clinical rigor with hands-on artistic expression, I guide clients to transform internal friction into tangible emotional stability, healthy boundaries, and lasting self-trust.
DANIELA MONTAÑEZ - LMFT & TRAUMA INFORMED CREATIVE SPECIALIST
Daniela Montañez blends clinical rigor, neuroscience, and creative facilitation. Holding an M.A. in Marital and Family Therapy from Loyola Marymount University, she has spent eight years treating trauma, burnout, and emotional regulation across settings like UCLA Health's Operation Mend and pediatric inpatient units.
Drawing on deep expertise in pediatric care and trauma-informed facilitation, Daniela leads this seven-week virtual cohort. She uses tactile art mediums to help young children build emotional vocabulary, practice sensory grounding, and explore creative expression, combining structured art-making with clinical insight to help children process feelings and cultivate lasting calm.
JASMINE RODRIGUEZ - LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR & REGISTERED ART THERAPIST
For many adolescents and young adults, the hardest experiences are the ones that simply do not fit into neat, spoken sentences. My clinical practice centers on providing a direct, hands-on way to externalize trauma, process heavy life shifts, and reclaim self-worth when traditional talking points fall short.
Holding a Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from Southwestern College, I combine evidence-based modalities like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness with creative expression. Having guided clients across psychiatric care, juvenile offender facilities, and youth prevention programs, I focus on meeting participants right where they are.
LANA DAKWAR , M.A. - PROVISIONAL REGISTERED ART THERAPIST
Healing begins when we give complex emotions a safe, physical outlet. Holding a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy from Haifa University and over 14 years of professional experience, I guide individuals through trauma, anxiety, and deep life shifts.
My clinical background spans hospitals, oncology units, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and crisis intervention programs. Having completed the U.S. credentialing process, I am a Provisional Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P) and hold a Limited Permit in Creative Arts Therapy while completing my final board certification requirements. I combine evidence-based behavioral practices with process-oriented creative expression across all stages of life, supporting pediatric medical patients, neurodivergent youth, and adults navigating severe mental health challenges.
