A creative virtual space tailored for pre-teens transitioning through significant social and emotional development. Led live by a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, this seven-week cohort focuses on self-reflection, personal agency, and building emotional resilience through tactile, hands-on artistic practices.

Access to our weekly video runway containing short, grounding practices to integrate into their daily school-week routines.

Thursdays, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST (September 24 – November 5, 2026)
WHAT STUDENTS WILL LEARN:
Self-Reflection: Discover how to use physical creative practices to process daily experiences and explore personal identity.
Navigating External Noise: Learn how to tune out social pressures and focus on internal clarity through independent art-making.
Creative Agency: Explore how to make independent choices on the canvas to build self-trust and problem-solving skills.
Somatic Regulation: Practice brief, physical grounding rituals that can be easily used during the school week to manage stress.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE:
This track is perfect for pre-teens aged 10–12 who are navigating the social and emotional complexities of upper elementary and middle school. It provides a dedicated, screen-free outlet for creative expression and self-discovery using professional-grade studio mediums.
COURSE FORMAT:
The Discovery Track balances independent creative exploration with structured group connection. Each live session features collaborative reflection, hands-on studio work using the Master Experience Box, and opportunities to share perspectives in a supportive, therapist-facilitated environment.
