Foundations Track (Ages 6–9)
A structured, virtual studio space designed to help young children build emotional vocabulary, practice sensory grounding, and explore creative expression. WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Weekly 60-minute live group sessions capped at 5 participants.
The physical Master Experience Box shipped directly to your door, containing premium, curated art supplies and physical grounding materials.
Access to our weekly video runway containing brief, intentional creative rituals to practice at home.
SCHEDULE:
Tuesdays, 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM EST (September 22 – November 3, 2026)
Note: Due to the age of this group, we require a parent or guardian to remain nearby during the session to act as a tech and setup co-pilot.
WHAT STUDENTS WILL LEARN:
Emotional Vocabulary: Discover how to identify internal feelings and translate them into external colors, shapes, and textures.
Sensory Grounding: Learn how to use physical art mediums like clay and textured paper to find calm and focus when feeling overwhelmed.
Somatic Awareness: Explore where specific emotions live in the physical body and use creative tools to safely express them.
Creative Resilience: Work on gentle, hands-on art projects that encourage experimentation and lower frustration around making mistakes.
WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE:
This track is designed for children aged 6–9 who are navigating big emotions, sensory sensitivities, or school-year transitions. No prior art experience is necessary. Because of the tactile nature of the materials, a parent or guardian acts as a tech and setup co-pilot nearby.
COURSE FORMAT:
The Foundations Track is interactive, gentle, and deeply hands-on. Each live virtual session includes a grounding check-in, structured art-making with the Master Experience Box, and a closing ritual. The focus is entirely on the creative process rather than producing a perfect final product.
WHY TAKE THIS COURSE:
Tactile art-making is a powerful tool for young minds to regulate their nervous systems and communicate feelings they cannot yet put into words. In this cohort, children gain practical self-soothing tools, build emotional confidence, and share space with peers in a calm, therapist-led environment.
PRIVACY & PERMISSIONS:
Paper Carrot Studio values the privacy and creative rights of all participants. We never record the live group therapy dynamic. Personal information collected during registration is strictly used to communicate about the program and coordinate box shipping. We do not share or sell personal data.
