Designed specifically for older teens Ages 16-18, this therapist-led virtual cohort provides a dedicated sanctuary to navigate identity, stress, and self-expression through sound and somatic mindfulness. Over seven weeks, teens use acoustic exploration, music technology, and songcraft under the guidance of a Board-Certified Music Therapist and Licensed Creative Arts Therapist to cultivate emotional regulation and build self-trust.

  • Building Self-Trust: Practice releasing perfectionism through experimental composition, guided imagery, and spontaneous music-making that honor authentic expression over technical polish.

  • Somatic Integration: Develop independent listening and sound-grounding habits to soothe the nervous system and build stability during overwhelming weeks.

WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE: This track is specifically built for older teens aged 16–18 seeking a confidential, non-judgmental space to process the unique complexities of high school and early independence. It is ideal for creative teens—whether musically experienced or complete beginners—looking to transform internal noise into reflective art using digital tools, voice, or simple instruments.

COURSE FORMAT: The Alignment Track offers a mature, high-stature studio environment. Sessions combine focused, therapist-led thematic discussions, guided auditory exercises, dedicated songwriting time, and collaborative group listening that honors each participant's individual pace.
