He launched Paper Carrot Studio to provide a faster and more intentional alternative. By unifying creative and technical leadership, Stephan eliminates the layers of bureaucracy that typically inflate costs. He personally directs and shoots the majority of the studio’s work. This approach prioritizes the narrative over logistics to ensure every dollar of the budget ends up on the screen. The result is a lean, responsive framework that delivers high-end professional video content without the traditional agency disconnect.
