Paper Carrot Studio was born from a simple frustration: great video shouldn't require a bloated process to get there.
Stephan Twist, our founder and honorably-discharged US Air Force veteran, brings a rare combination of fine art vision, mission fluency, and commercial precision to every project. His creative background spans internationally exhibited photography and indie film — worlds that taught him to create beautifully and resourcefully in equal measure. What he couldn't ignore, though, was how traditional agency models had become slow, layered, and wasteful. So he built something better.
The result is a more intentional way to make video — one that puts you at the center of the creative process and prioritizes narrative over logistics every step of the way.
